In case two rechargeable batteries built installation (6CT-190) designed to run internal combustion engines equipped with 12 and 24 volt equipment, and pre-charging device allows charging a 24 volt battery or two of the same type 12 volt batteries, charging the built-accumulators; and starting automotive engines. Setting is made in the form of a metal housing with carrying handle and wheels for moving the carriage along the hard surface.
