1. The amount of electricity you have consumed has increased and borders on the limit specified in the contract
2. The object's reliability category or type of production activity has changed
3. There was a need to modernize the power scheme or increase its power
4. You have decided to build a solar power plant.
So, if you decide to increase the electrical power of your home, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
In accordance with the Code of Distribution Systems, approved by the NERCEP Resolution No. 310 of March 14, 2018, the service for connection of consumers' electrical installations to the grids is provided on the basis of the connection agreement, in the standard form:
- Agreement on standard connection to the electricity grids of the distribution system
In order to receive the draft of the connection contract, the customer applies to the operator of the distribution system at the location of his electrical installations with a statement on connection of the electrical installation of a certain capacity in a typical form.
In the statement, the Customer should indicate his or her intention or lack of self-design of the linear part of the connection.
The application for accession, together with copies of the documents attached to it, shall be submitted by the Customer personally or sent by registered mail, or may be submitted electronically via the official website of the CSF on the Internet using the electronic digital signature in accordance with the procedure established by law or through other electronic services. proposed by the SRF.
Electrical Installation Connection Application (Download)
The following are attached to the application for accession:
1) a copy of the document confirming the ownership or use of the object, or a copy of an extract from the State Register of Real Property Rights, or, in the absence of the object, a copy of the document confirming the ownership or use of the land or a copy of the extract from the state register of real rights to real estate.
In the absence of a cadastral number in the certificate of ownership of the land plot - copying from the topographic and geodetic plan or plan of building the territory, indicating the location of the land plot;
2) situational plan and copying from the topographic-geodetic plan on a scale of 1: 2000 with indication of the location of the object (s) of the Customer, the land plot of the Customer or the forecast point of connection (for objects that are connected to the electrical networks for the first time) ;
3) a copy of the passport or duly issued power of attorney or other document for the right to conclude and sign the Accession Agreement;
4) Feasibility study (if any).
The customer - a legal entity or a natural person-entrepreneur additionally provides a copy of an extract from the Register of single tax payers or a copy of the certificate of the payer of value added tax (hereinafter - VAT).
The customer - individual additionally provides the registration number of the taxpayer's account card (for individuals who, due to their religious beliefs, refuse to accept the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and have informed the relevant authority and have a passport mark - series and passport number).
The customer pays the cost of services according to the standard connection fee rates, which are approved by the NERCEP Resolution No 2068 of 28.12.2018
