WE8000 is WPP third magnitude and has a completely new design concept is not similar to the previous model WE1500-WE5000. In addition to the electrodynamic brake characteristic of the less powerful windfarm WE8000 is equipped with an additional system of the hydraulic brake of the main shaft actuating when heavy wind as a backup safety system and emergency shutdown of the turbine.
